Not reloadable. Safeguard this card. Cannot be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. Chase Paymentech Solutions, LLC. is the card issuer and sole obligor to card owner. Chase Paymentech Solutions may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not Chase Paymentech Solutions, will be sole obligor to card owner. Purchase, use or acceptance of card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Q: Can Insignia Hair Salon gift cards be used for tax & gratuity?
A: Yes, you may apply your gift card to the entire check including services, products, tax & gratuity.
Q: Can I use more than one gift card at once?
A: Yes, you may use as many gift cards as you wish.
Q: What will happen if I do not use the full amount of the gift card in one visit?
A: The balance will remain on your gift card until your next visit and until the full value has been depleted. A gift card with a cash value of less than ten dollars ($10) is redeemable in cash (not a new card or merchandise) for its cash value.
Q: Do gift cards expire?
A: Purchased gift cards do not expire. We do not charge a maintenance or non-usage fee to your gift card.
Q: Can my Insignia Hair Salon gift card be replaced if lost or stolen?
A: Unfortunately Insignia Hair Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please safeguard this card. It cannot be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
